While booking a flight to Amsterdam through Mytrip, the ticket price was listed as ₺6000. However, during the payment process, I was notified that the price had increased to ₺7000. Since I was in a rush, I couldn’t cancel the transaction and had no choice but to proceed with the higher price.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue on Mytrip. How can a system allow prices to change so drastically within just 5–10 minutes? Such unpredictable and unfair price changes violate consumer trust and raise serious questions about compliance with competition laws.
Mytrip, I demand transparency and a fair resolution. Stop exploiting customers with such unjustifiable pricing practices. This is neither ethical nor in line with basic legal principles. Fix this system immediately!
