Mytrip Booking Error - Missing Air Serbia Tickets

This is a nightmare! I purchased four plane tickets through Mytrip, but upon checking with Air Serbia's system, the tickets were nowhere to be found! For two whole months, I contacted Mytrip repeatedly, only to be met with finger-pointing towards Air Serbia.

Finally, with just fifteen days left before my flight, I had no choice but to request a refund. Even then, Mytrip insisted on going back and forth with Air Serbia instead of taking ownership of the issue.
