Mytrip Baggage Allowance Update Complaint

I bought flight tickets from Mytrip and also paid for extra baggage allowance. Unfortunately, when I checked in with the airline, my additional baggage allowance was not available.
Over the past three days, I've been making countless attempts to contact Mytrip customer support in order to resolve this issue. Regrettably, my endeavors have been hindered by constant setbacks and ambiguous replies. I'm constantly being assured that my problem is being "updated" and that I'll be "informed," but there hasn't been any tangible progress.
