I Face Unauthorized €79 Charge from Mytrip After Paying €1 Check-In Fee for EasyJet Flight

On July 8, 2025, I booked an EasyJet flight from Lyon to Olbia. For check-in, I was redirected to Mytrip.com, where I was charged €1 to complete the check-in process. I paid this small fee with my credit card and everything seemed fine at first.
However, three days later, I noticed that an additional €79 had been charged to my account by Mytrip without any explanation or authorization. When I contacted their customer service to find out why, they claimed it was due to a "violation of their rules"—a vague explanation that made no sense in my case.
They refused to refund the charge, despite the fact that I had already paid the check-in fee, and did not receive any notice or warning about a possible violation. I simply used the service as instructed and followed the standard process. There was nothing unusual or inappropriate about my transaction.
This unexpected and unjustified deduction of €79 is unacceptable. I demand a full refund and a clear explanation of what supposed "violation" I committed.
I urge Mytrip and EasyJet to review this transaction, clarify their policies to users, and stop unauthorized charges that penalize travelers without cause or proper communication.
