About 1–2 months ago, I visited a quiz website called MyIQ for testing purposes and made a one-time payment of approximately $0.50 for a single test. Other than that, I did not approve any subscription, membership, or recurring payment.
However, on March 14 at 10:52 PM, I noticed a charge of approximately $31 from my İş Bank account, which I believe is related to MyIQ. This transaction was made completely without my knowledge or consent. Despite only making a single small payment to this site before, being charged such a high amount has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I request that the unauthorized charge of $31 taken by MyIQ be immediately canceled and refunded to my account. I also demand a written explanation regarding this unauthorized or misleading transaction.
