I made a one-time payment through MyIQ to view a test result, and I did not approve or sign up for any subscription or membership. Despite this, I realized today, March 7, that money has been regularly withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
When I reviewed my account activity, I saw that on January 12, a total of about $1 was charged in two separate transactions, followed by a charge of approximately $31 on January 19, and another $31 on February 16—all taken without my permission. I only paid to view a test result once; I did not start any membership, did not agree to any auto-renewing subscription, and was not clearly informed about any such charges.
I request that this unauthorized membership be canceled immediately and that all unauthorized charges from January 12, January 19, and February 16 be fully refunded. I also want all necessary steps to be taken to ensure that no further automatic charges are made to my account.
