Unauthorized Myiq Subscription Charges on Santander Account

I recently discovered that Myiq.com/uk has taken two payments from my Santander account without my clear consent for any subscription. An amount of £29.99 was taken on 27/01/2026 and another £29.99 on 24/02/2026. I did visit the Myiq website, but I did not request or knowingly agree to any subscription or trial that would authorise these recurring charges. These payments appeared as unexpected debits from my account, and I only realised them after checking my statement. I am currently trying to contact my bank, Santander, about these unauthorised transactions; however, the bank is closed at the moment, so I have not yet been able to resolve the issue with them. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details on Myiq.com/uk and a full refund of both £29.99 payments taken on 27/01/2026 and 24/02/2026. I expect this matter to be treated urgently, and I ask that any future charges be blocked without my explicit and informed consent.
