MyIQ Subscription Cancel and Refund Request After Unauthorized Billing
I recently discovered an unexpected charge of 29.99 from Myiq on my bank card dated March 21, 2026, for a monthly subscription that I never knowingly started or renewed. I did not sign up for this subscription, nor did I authorize any recurring payments to Myiq, so seeing this transaction on my statement was completely unexpected. I have not yet contacted Myiq or my bank about this issue and am reaching out through this complaint to have the matter resolved. I request that my Myiq monthly subscription, which I did not knowingly agree to, be immediately cancelled and that the 29.99 charged on March 21, 2026 be fully refunded to me. I also ask that no further charges be taken from my bank card without my explicit and informed consent.
