I registered on the MyIQ website (https://myiq.com) on 10.01.2026 to take a one-time test. At the end of the test, I was asked to pay a fee of approximately ₺43, which I paid in order to complete the process, and I did not use the site again after that. Despite not using the site and without giving any subscription or recurring payment authorization, two unauthorized charges were made from my Ziraat Bank card. On 17.01.2026, ₺1,318.73 was withdrawn from my account, and on 14.02.2026, ₺1,328.80 was withdrawn. I have the relevant bank receipts and account statements showing these transactions. During registration, I used the email address enesb***@gmail.com, which I have since deleted. These withdrawals were made without my consent and have caused me financial loss. I request that MyIQ immediately and fully refund all amounts withdrawn on 17.01.2026 and 14.02.2026, apart from the one-time test fee of about ₺43 that I initially paid. If this issue is not resolved and the unauthorized charges are not refunded, I will pursue all necessary legal and administrative actions.
