Request For FULL REFUND OF UNAUTHORIZED MyIQ Charges
I recently discovered that MyIQ.com has been charging my debit card ending in 8068 $29.99 per month without my consent, and I am extremely upset about these unauthorized charges. I never knowingly signed up for any MyIQ.com subscription or service, and I have never used whatever subscription they claim to provide. I only became aware of these payments today thanks to an app that flags suspicious or unauthorized transactions. When I reviewed my statements, I saw that MyIQ.com charged me $29.99 at least seven times. Specifically, there are two separate $29.99 charges in February, on February 2 and February 4, as well as further $29.99 charges on March 30, April 3, and the most recent one on May 1. I am highly concerned that I was charged multiple times for something I did not authorize and did not benefit from at all, which makes this feel like a scam. I have not contacted MyIQ.com or my bank about this issue before because I only just discovered the pattern of these charges. I have now requested that any subscription or account associated with my card be cancelled, and I want clear written confirmation that this cancellation has been processed so that no further debits will ever be taken from my card. I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized $29.99 charges made by MyIQ.com to my debit card ending in 8068, including both charges in February and every charge through to May 1. I live in Colorado and I want MyIQ.com to contact me both by phone and by email to confirm the cancellation and the total refund amount, and to explain how my card details were obtained and used without my informed consent.
