Please Refund the 29.99 Unauthorized MyIQ Charge

I recently used the MyIQ service only to complete a one-time IQ test for 1 dollar and did not agree to any further charges or subscriptions. Despite this, I noticed today that a charge of $29.99 was taken from my Visa card without my consent. After seeing this unauthorized charge, I immediately changed my credit card number and filed a dispute with my bank to protect myself from any further withdrawals. I did not approve or authorize this $29.99 payment at any stage. I request that the unauthorized $29.99 taken from my card be fully refunded as soon as possible and that my details not be used for any further charges.
