“After investigating my complaint and refunding back my funds to my account. I want to say a big thank you, my trust has been restored.”
I did not sign up for any subscription on MYIQ and definitely not for $29.99. Unauthorized subscription funds were withdrawn from my account, and every cent must be refunded to me. Using my bank information without my confirmation or authorization is fraud. I only consented to a one-time IQ test that cost less than $2.00 at the time, not a monthly test, which I never even revisited.
