MYIQ.com Unauthorized Subscription Charge Without Consent
I am writing from Germany regarding an unauthorized subscription charge by MYIQ.com/EU. On or around 05.01.2026, an amount of 29.99 € was debited from my Extra Mastercard, although I never concluded or approved any subscription with MYIQ.com/EU. I cannot log in on the specified websites and the alleged subscription does not appear in my Google account or in the Google Play Store, which confirms that I did not actively take out such an abonnement. I only became aware of the issue through the debit on my card. My account is currently blocked until I receive a new card, so I have no further access via the app. When I tried to contact MYIQ.com/EU or reach support, I was repeatedly asked to pay money first, which reinforces my impression that this is a fraudulent or at least highly dubious process. I therefore request the immediate full refund of the 29.99 € charged without my consent, the prompt cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name without authorization, and a written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
