I recently started a 3‑day trial with MyIQ.com on 27/02/2026 from Peer, Belgium. The trial was advertised as costing only 1 euro. After starting the trial, I noticed that there were two separate reservations of €1,04 on my account, both listed as “MYIQ.COM NY US19713 4152363171”. I do not have, and do not want, any ongoing abonnement with MyIQ.com. I also tried to find their website in order to cancel the trial and stop any future charges, but I was unable to locate a clear way to cancel or contact them directly. With this complaint, I request the immediate cancellation of any abonnement or subscription linked to my account and a clear confirmation that no further money will be taken from my bank or card in the future.
