MyIQ Criminal, Unauthorised Charge Of 24, 99 Euro Via Paypal!
On 22 January 2026, an amount of 24,99 € was charged from my PayPal account by MyIQ ([email protected]) with the transaction code 6K233702K11160358. Before this, I had two small payments of 0,50 € on 15 January 2026 and 18 January 2026, which I consciously approved in order to see the results of a test. At no point was it clearly and explicitly communicated to me that I would be entering into an ongoing subscription, and I also never created or logged in with a password for such a subscription. From my point of view, turning a one-time test into a subscription without clear and transparent information is misleading and not acceptable. I only agreed to the two 0,50 € transactions and did not knowingly agree to a subscription or a payment of 24,99 €. I therefore request that my MyIQ subscription, which was apparently started without my clear consent, be cancelled immediately and that the 24,99 € charged on 22 January 2026 be fully refunded to my PayPal account. I kindly ask you to confirm the cancellation and the refund in writing.
