Myiq.com Ignores Support Requests After Unauthorized €30 Charge
I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge issue I experienced with Myiq.com. On 22 January, two separate payments of 30 € each were withdrawn from my card through two different Gmail accounts linked to the same card. I did not want or intend to have both of these subscriptions, and as a result, I was charged twice. After contacting Myiq.com several times, they refunded only one of the 30 € charges and still owe me the remaining 30 €. Their support informed me that the second charge would be returned within 3–7 days, but it has now been about two weeks, and the money has still not been refunded. Moreover, my last two emails have been ignored, and I have not received any further explanation or assistance. I am using Myiq.com from Lithuania, and I paid with my Lithuanian card. I request an immediate refund of the remaining 30 € that was taken from my card for the second unwanted subscription and a clear confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
