MyIQ Unauthorized Subscription Charge After IQ Test Purchase
On 31.03.2026 I purchased access to an IQ test via the MYIQCOM service. The offer was presented as a one‑time purchase, without any recurring subscription. Despite this, on 07.04.2026 an amount of 131,89 zł was charged from my payment card at Alior Bank (last four digits: 3330) as a subscription fee. I did not agree to any subscription and I was not clearly informed that any recurring payments would be collected. I consider this charge to be unauthorized and misleading in relation to the original offer. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my data and card in the MYIQCOM system and stopping any further charges. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been completely cancelled and that no more payments will be collected in the future. I am using the service from Poland and I expect this matter to be resolved without delay.
