Garena Free Fire 7-Day Suspension for Alleged Modifier Use Despite No Hacks or Cheats

I am an iOS player of Free Fire and the owner of the account with UID 9833537102 and nickname Boka123@12 in the Bangladesh region. Today my account was suddenly suspended and when I logged in I saw a message stating that the account was temporarily suspended for about 7 days due to “modifier use”. I have never used any modifier, hack, third‑party application or unfair tool in this account. I always play the game in a normal and fair way. Seeing my account suspended for a reason that does not reflect the truth is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that my account and game logs be carefully reviewed and that the suspension on my account be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue playing Free Fire from my own account.
