On March 28, 2026, I purchased a one-time IQ test result from MyIQ for approximately 4 PLN. At the time of purchase, I was not clearly informed that I was signing up for any subscription or automatic renewal. I understood this as a one-time service only.
Despite this, on April 4, 2026, an amount of 131.44 PLN was automatically charged to my Visa card from PKO BP without my knowledge or explicit consent. I consider this charge unauthorized and misleading, as the subscription terms were not presented clearly or in a way I could understand at the time of purchase.
I do not speak English, which has prevented me from contacting the company’s support so far, and due to holidays, I have not yet been able to speak with my bank. After noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription via PayPal to prevent any further payments.
I request a full refund of 131.44 PLN and confirmation that my card details have been completely removed from MyIQ’s system, ensuring that no further charges will be made. I ask that this matter be handled urgently and that I receive clear written confirmation of both the refund and the cancellation of any subscription linked to my card.
