MyIQ Unauthorized Charge After Test
I purchased the “My IQ Exam” from MyIQ for 99 cents and, following this, I was charged an additional 44.96 USD that I did not authorize. The offer was misleading, and at no point was it clearly stated that I would be charged this extra amount. For this reason, I requested a refund for the unauthorized charge and for the misleading nature of the offer. On March 19, 2026, I contacted MyIQ regarding the refund, but I have never received a reply. After that, I also tried to reach MyIQ through email, by phone and via their billings/contact channels, yet I still have not received any response or solution and the unauthorized charge remains. I request a full refund of the 44.96 USD that was charged without my clear consent and a review of this misleading offer so that similar issues do not happen again. I also expect MyIQ to respond to my messages and to confirm the cancellation of any ongoing or future charges related to this purchase.
