Myiq Triggers Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions
When I signed up on the Myiq website, I was charged $1 USD, which I paid using my credit card. However, after this transaction, I discovered that two additional charges were made to my card in foreign currency without my knowledge or consent. On January 4, $19 USD was charged, and on January 7, another $29 USD was charged to my card without authorization.
As soon as I noticed this situation, I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and completed the card replacement process. I also sent an email to the Myiq website stating that these transactions were unauthorized and that I would initiate all necessary legal procedures.
I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges made to my card and request that Myiq refrain from using my card information without my consent. I would also like to state that, if necessary, I will escalate this matter to the relevant national and international authorities.
