Unexpected Charge From MyIQ With No Subscription Approval
Through the MyIQ application, I willingly made a one-time payment of approximately $1 with my Ziraat Bank card ending in 3971 for an IQ test. However, despite not starting or approving any subscription, a charge of approximately $30 was withdrawn from my card on February 11, 2026, under the name MyIQ, without my knowledge or consent.
I did not initiate any subscription through the application, and I was not provided with any information regarding this charge. Additionally, I was unable to find any customer service channel to contact MyIQ. When I attempted to get support through the website, I was told that there was no account associated with my email address, leaving me without any point of contact regarding this transaction. As a result, I have suffered both financial loss and a complete loss of trust in the brand.
I request a full refund of the $30 charge made on February 11, 2026, without my knowledge or consent. If there is any subscription created under my name, I demand that it be immediately and permanently canceled. I also have my bank statement and transaction receipts available and can provide them if necessary.
