MyIQ Has Charged Me Incorrectly - I Want A Refund

On 4/13/2026, MYIQ charged my debit card twice, for $0.54 and again the same day for $34.00 and change. I did not request or approve any subscription or recurring service with MYIQ, and I do not know why these amounts were taken from my account. I tried to reach MYIQ online but could not access any page or contact option to resolve this issue or to understand what these charges are for. I have also not received any explanation, invoice, or confirmation regarding a subscription. I request a full refund of the total amount charged and confirmation that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my debit card is cancelled and will not be renewed or charged again.
