MyIQ Fully Refund, And Cancelation Of Any Subscription

I discovered that I have been charged £29.99 on 23.04.2026 for a Myiq app subscription that I did not authorise. I never knowingly started any trial or subscription in the app, and I was not informed clearly that I would be charged this amount. I request that this unauthorised subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of £29.99 be refunded to my account. I also expect an explanation of how this subscription was started without my clear and explicit consent, so that this does not happen again.
