Cancellation Of Myiq.com/us Subscription And Request For Full Refund
I recently discovered an unauthorized subscription charge from Myiq.com/us on my account, even though I had not intended to continue with any paid service. On 13 March, two small payments of £0.50 each were taken, and on 20 March a further amount of £29.99 was charged as a subscription fee. I was not able to cancel and did not knowingly authorize this £29.99 subscription payment. The subscription is in the name of Peter L*** and registered with the email address le***[email protected]. Until I saw the £29.99 charge on 20 March, I was not aware that a full subscription had started or that this amount would be taken. I request that my subscription with Myiq.com/us be cancelled immediately and that the £29.99 taken on 20 March be fully refunded to me. I also ask that no further charges of any kind be taken from my account in the future.
