MyIQ Cancel Subscription And Refund
I am using a MyIQ package in Saudi Arabia, and my subscription has been renewed automatically without my clear request or consent. On 10/04/2026, the package was charged again through automatic renewal, and I would like this situation to be resolved. I request that my MyIQ package be cancelled immediately and that the automatic renewal on my line be completely disabled so that no future renewals or charges are made. In addition, I am asking for a full refund of the last renewal fee that was charged on 10/04/2026, as I did not intend to continue this package. I would like written confirmation once my package is cancelled, the auto-renewal is turned off, and the refund for the last renewal has been processed.
