MyIQ Must Refund Unauthorized PayPal Subscription Charges

Today, on 14 March 2026, I noticed that payments have been taken via my PayPal account by a company called MyIQ, and I had no idea that there was any recurring subscription. I never knowingly made any agreement or purchase with MyIQ and believed I was not entering into any kind of subscription or ongoing payment. After checking my PayPal transactions, I saw that these charges have been made since 7 March 2026. I did not consent to a recurring service, and I was not clearly informed that any payment would be renewed automatically. I have already contacted PayPal regarding these unauthorized or unintended charges, but I have not yet received any response. I request that the recurring subscription with MyIQ be canceled immediately and that all payments taken without my clear and informed consent be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
