MyIQ Subscription Cancellation Refund Request

I am writing regarding an unauthorized renewal of my MyIQ subscription. On February 2, 2026, my subscription was renewed without my consent, and I was charged $77.15 USD in the United States. This amount was taken from my Visa card ending with 5844. I did not approve or authorize this renewal and had no intention of continuing the subscription for this new period. I have not yet contacted MyIQ customer service about this, as I am first submitting this complaint to have the matter formally reviewed. I kindly request a full refund of the $77.15 charged without my consent, the immediate cancellation of my MyIQ subscription with written confirmation sent to me, and the complete removal of my stored card details ending in 5844 from your systems. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and for the unauthorized renewal to be reversed.
