Cancel Subscription To MyIQ
I recently discovered an attempted subscription charge of $29.99 from myiq.com/eu, even though I never knowingly signed up for any subscription or service with My IQ. The attempted payment was made yesterday and was fortunately blocked by my credit card, but I am extremely uncomfortable that a subscription seems to have been created in my name without my clear consent. I do not have any customer number, order ID, or reference code, because the only information visible on my side is that the transaction attempt came from myiq.com/eu. I do not remember registering, agreeing to any recurring payments, or authorising a $29.99 subscription. As far as I know, I did not want any subscription and did not intend to purchase one. I request that any existing or pending subscription or account that may have been opened for me be cancelled immediately, and that no further attempts are made to charge my card or any of my payment methods in the future. I also ask that you confirm in writing that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that there will be no more billing attempts.
