I signed up for the Drama & Short Movies app after seeing it on Instagram and purchased a trial membership for $0 (approx. $1 equivalent). At the time, I only had about $0–$1 on my card, and the trial fee was successfully charged. However, after I later added money to my card, I noticed that $16 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. I am now also unable to log into the application.
The email address I used during registration is k****@gmail.com, and I made the payment using my Ziraat Bank card. During sign-up, it clearly stated “$0 per week” and “you can cancel anytime,” and there was no mention of any $16 charge or commitment. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue.
I request that the $16 charged to my account be refunded immediately. I can also provide the payment receipt if needed.
