Tracelo Unauthorized Payment Sparks Complaint and Refund Demand

On March 24, 2026, a charge of $29 was made from my Halkbank İzmir branch account under the name “Tracelo,” without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any SMS or notification regarding this transaction. Additionally, I am unable to access the transaction receipt, as it does not open in the system.
I clearly state that this transaction does not belong to me and was carried out without my authorization. Therefore, I request that this $29 transaction be canceled and refunded to me.
I also request that the necessary investigation be conducted urgently, that I be provided with a written explanation of how and why this unauthorized transaction occurred, and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
