My MSI Monitor Keeps Flashing Black Screen During Live Streams

On May 24th, I purchased an MSI Pro MP251 model monitor through Epttavm. I'm generally satisfied with the monitor, but a black screen issue I've had from the very beginning is seriously affecting my usage.
I mainly use the monitor as a side screen while streaming. While this also happens during normal use, the screen especially drops to completely black momentarily during streaming, then comes back after a few seconds. During this time, the audio, video, and everything else on the computer keeps running normally — only the monitor briefly goes black and then returns. This issue happens much more frequently during streaming; during normal desktop use or watching movies, the same problem still occurs, though more rarely.
I've tried different cables and done similar checks, but the problem persists in the same way. I've been experiencing this issue for about 2-3 weeks now and haven't been able to find a solution on my own.
I'm satisfied with the monitor in terms of performance and image quality, so my priority isn't returning the product — it's having this black screen issue permanently resolved. If necessary, I am requesting a detailed technical inspection of the product, that the problem be diagnosed and repaired, and if it turns out to be something that can't be fixed, that appropriate support be provided.
