MSI Sold Me a B850 Tomahawk Motherboard With a Bent CPU Pin

I purchased an MSI B850 Tomahawk motherboard. While its market price was ₺12,000, they sold it to me for ₺15,000, and to make matters worse, it was delivered with a bent CPU pin. When I contacted customer service, they showed no responsibility and tried to blame me for the defect. This clearly shows that they are deceiving customers rather than standing behind their products. They are selling second-hand products under the label of “sealed box.” I will be filing a complaint about this issue, as this is a company to be very cautious about when shopping.
