MSI Pro H610M-G DDR4 BIOS Update Made My Motherboard Unusable

MSI Pro H610M-G DDR4 BIOS Update Made My Motherboard Unusable
54

I own an MSI Pro H610M-G DDR4 motherboard, and MSI Center repeatedly prompted me to update the BIOS. After following their recommendation and updating it, my computer completely stopped working and would not turn on again.

I attempted to contact MSI for warranty support but could not find anyone to assist me. It’s frustrating that their own software urged this update, yet now I’m left with no solution other than purchasing a new motherboard.

This issue is directly caused by MSI's software, and I expect them to take full responsibility. A BIOS update should not render a motherboard unusable. I demand immediate assistance from MSI to replace or repair my motherboard without additional cost.
