I use the MSI "Mpg Z790 Carbon Wi-Fi" motherboard. The plug of the cable for the wireless receiver, which comes out of the box and connects to the motherboard, is broken. Firstly, I would like to note that this cable leaves much to be desired, and its quality does not meet MSI standards; even if you handle it carefully and rotate it, when the cable comes out, the metal part remains on the motherboard. Additionally, due to a piece of wire getting stuck inside the metal, which I could not attach to the cable, the receiver's function has become irrelevant, and now I cannot connect to the wireless network.
Since the product warranty is still valid, I contacted the MSI service center, Servis Point. They asked me to email them my details. I sent them the product serial number, my identification number, and contact information. However, in response to each of my emails, they requested contact information. After several days without a response to my last email, I contacted MSI again. Despite the promise to address the issue, they have not provided a positive or negative response for 12 days.
I need the specified part. It needs to be somehow obtained.
I expect MSI to address this issue, and considering I have already been waiting for 12 days, I expect an immediate response from them.
