Mostbet Withdrawal Not Received After Approval in Account History

I have an issue with withdrawals from my Mostbet account via Orange Cash and Vodafone Cash that are shown as approved but have never reached my wallets. On 4, 5, 15, 16, and 17 December 2025, I requested several withdrawals, with a total amount of 35,000. All of these withdrawal requests are marked as “approved” in my Mostbet account, yet when I check both my Orange Cash and Vodafone Cash accounts, there is no transaction recorded at all. Before these withdrawals, I was able to deposit and place bets normally on this account, and my account is still active without any restriction or verification request appearing. Despite this, the approved withdrawals have not been paid to me. I contacted Mostbet support several times. The email support has not replied to my messages, and when I tried to reach live customer support, they closed the chat instead of helping me or explaining the situation. I request that my full amount of 35,000 be paid to me immediately to my Orange Cash or Vodafone Cash, as appropriate, and that I receive a clear explanation of what happened with these approved withdrawals that never arrived. I also expect proper customer support instead of closing my chat and ignoring my emails.
