Mostbet Marked My Withdrawals as Paid but ₺3400 Still Missing from My Account

On June 19 at 21:36 and 21:37, I submitted two separate withdrawal requests from my Mostbet account (ID: 113382759). The system marked both as “processed,” and I was told the payments would reach my account shortly. On June 21, I was asked to submit verification documents, which I provided without delay. My account was reopened on June 24, and the withdrawals now show as “paid”—but no funds were ever deposited into my bank.
They requested a 5-day transaction history in PDF format, which I submitted immediately. It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received any follow-up or solution. Every time I reach out, I’m met with the same scripted replies: “Your issue is under review.” Yet nothing is being resolved.
In addition, a separate ₺1000 deposit and a ₺2400 game credit have also not appeared in my account. I’ve provided every document requested, but they continue to stall with repetitive responses and no action.
I demand that my full withdrawals and missing balances totaling ₺3400 be credited immediately.
