Mostbet Withdrawal Blocked By 'Unknown Error' - Vodafone Cash Not Working

I am writing regarding an issue I am facing with my Mostbet account registered in Egypt, where I currently have a balance of 1,685 EGP that I am unable to withdraw. On 1-12-2025 (Monday), I attempted to withdraw my full balance to my Vodafone Cash account. Each time I enter my phone number during the withdrawal process, I receive the same message: “unknown error.” This has been happening repeatedly for the past two days, and despite multiple attempts, I still cannot complete the withdrawal. I have previously made deposits and payments to this Mostbet account via Vodafone Cash without any issues, and my account is fully active with no blocks or restrictions. This was supposed to be my first withdrawal from Mostbet, yet I am unable to access my own funds due to this recurring technical error. I contacted Mostbet customer service, and they informed me that the problem would be fixed within a day. However, nothing has changed and the error persists, leaving my 1,685 EGP effectively blocked in my account. My user ID is 261440***.  It is unacceptable that a platform holds this balance while preventing withdrawals with a vague “unknown error” and without providing a concrete solution. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that my full balance of 1,685 EGP be successfully transferred to my Vodafone Cash account without any further delay.
