On July 28, 2024, I used the Mostbet mobile app and made three separate transactions via the express transfer method: one deposit of ₺1,000, another of ₺650, and a third of ₺1,000. These transactions should have been processed immediately, but even after nearly 20 days, none of the funds have been credited back to my account. My user ID is 246829010.
This is not the first time I have faced delays with Mostbet. The issue mostly happens during deposit transactions, which makes the platform highly unreliable. I contacted customer service multiple times, but their response was always the same: “our team is reviewing the issue, you need to wait.” No clear explanation, no resolution, and no assurance have been provided to me.
I deposited money in good faith, expecting smooth processing, yet I am left without access to my funds. This situation has caused me financial stress and completely destroyed my trust in the platform. I demand that Mostbet either finalize my pending transactions immediately or refund the full ₺2,650 to my account without further delays. Customers should not have to beg for their own money.
