I have contacted Mosbet customer service multiple times, but every time I was told that the issue was “under review,” with no actual solution or progress provided. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue—previously, a ₺600 deposit was also rejected with the claim that “no such transaction exists,” even though I submitted the payment receipt as proof.
All transactions were made directly through Mosbet’s official website, and I have complete payment documentation. I now demand that the total ₺2,290 I deposited be credited to my account immediately and that Mosbet take accountability for repeated deposit failures and poor support.
