On September 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM, I made a bank transfer of 1,000 TL via İş Bankası to my Mosbet account. However, the deposited amount has still not appeared in my account balance.
This is not the first time I have experienced such a problem. The same issue has occurred six or seven times before. Each time, I contacted customer service, submitted my receipt and all required details, and was made to wait for two full days. In the end, the response I received was always the same: “We did not receive any payment.”
If Mosbet truly did not receive my transfer, then why was I left waiting for days as if the money was being processed? To verify, I also contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed that the funds were indeed transferred successfully to the recipient account.
My Mosbet account ID is 34678897. I urgently request that the 1,000 TL be credited to my account without further delay, or refunded directly back to me. This recurring problem has caused significant frustration, and I expect a fast resolution this time.
