On the evening of June 10, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺2,075 from Mosbet Casino. That request was rejected for no clear reason. Right after, I submitted a second withdrawal request for ₺2,000, and this time it showed as “paid.” But the money never reached my bank account.
When I contacted Mosbet customer service, they told me the payment was completed and even gave me a bank transfer reference number. However, my bank confirmed that no such transaction was made—nothing had been received on their end. I relayed this to Mosbet’s support team, and instead of helping, they responded with a dismissive and mocking attitude.
I’ve been playing on Mosbet for over two years, usually with small amounts, and I’ve never had issues—until now. The moment I tried to withdraw a larger amount, the problems began. This is unacceptable.
Mosbet must take responsibility and either provide proof of the transfer or refund my ₺2,000 immediately. Ignoring customers and refusing to resolve serious issues like this destroys trust. I demand a resolution now!
