Moovit Charged Me $3 Without Warning After Free Trial
On September 24, a $3 subscription fee was charged to my account through Google Play via the Moovit app without any warning. The first few days of the subscription were free, and I didn’t realize it would switch to a paid plan. I believe the subscription is monthly, but I never received any notification or alert about the transition to the paid period.
After noticing the charge, I submitted a refund request, but I still haven’t received any response from either Moovit or Google Play. My account is currently active, and I’m not experiencing any access issues.
I request that the fee be refunded to me.
