Moovit Billed Me Despite Offering a 1-Month Free Trial on iOS
I downloaded the Moovit app on my iOS device and wanted to try it out. Even though the app offered a 1-month trial, a $5 subscription fee was charged to my phone bill before I could even open the app.
I never used the app in any way, nor did I realize that a subscription had been activated. I immediately canceled the subscription afterward, but I couldn’t reach anyone for support — there was no contact person or customer service available. I want to note that this happened about 8 hours ago.
I request a refund for this charge, which was taken without any service provided or any notification, and I ask that my subscription be fully canceled.
