Moovit Charged Me $5 for a Free Trial, I Want My Money Back
On November 19, 2025, at 7:45 a.m., I attempted to start a 7-day free trial on the Moovit app. However, without my approval, $5 was charged to my card as if a paid membership had been activated. I initiated the process on my iPhone through the App Store.
I tried reaching customer service, but I couldn’t find any contact channels. I want to note that this is the first time something like this has happened to me.
I do not accept being charged for a service that was advertised as a free trial, and I request a refund of the amount that was withdrawn.
