Unable to Reach Moovit Support After Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I used the Moovit Premium subscription as a 7-day free trial. However, on September 18, 2025, $3 was charged to my card without any notification. I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, but I couldn’t find any phone number or support channel to contact customer service. My account is registered to the email address e*************@gmail.com.

I also did not receive any warnings or error messages during the process. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that the fee be refunded to me.
