Bitget Fet Coin Transfer Delayed and Refund Not Reflected in My Wallet

I made a Fet Coin transfer from my Bitget account to my Binance account, but despite hours passing, the funds have not arrived. The receiving account matches the sending account, as shown in the attached screenshots. I contacted Bitget support and provided all the requested details, including the TxID. They claimed the transfer was refunded to the sender’s wallet, but the balance is still not visible in my Bitget wallet.

This situation is unacceptable, and I need this issue resolved immediately. I expect Bitget to investigate and ensure the funds are either successfully transferred to Binance or properly refunded to my wallet. Customers deserve timely and accurate transactions without such delays or confusion.
