Bitget Withdrew Money from My Wallet Without Permission

I am very upset and concerned. Money was withdrawn from my Bitget wallet without my knowledge, permission, or approval. I never authorized any transaction, nor did I initiate a transfer to any address or exchange. This is a clear breach of trust and security.

I reached out to Bitget through the only available contact method—email—but have received no meaningful response. There’s no phone support, no dedicated representative to help resolve such a serious issue, and absolutely no urgency shown by their team. How can a financial platform handle users' funds this carelessly?

This incident proves how unsafe and unresponsive Bitget can be. Users should be aware that your funds can disappear without explanation and there’s no one to call for immediate help.

Bitget must urgently investigate this unauthorized withdrawal, return my missing funds, and publicly clarify how such a transaction was even allowed to happen. I expect immediate action and a full explanation—not silence. The lack of support only makes the situation worse.
