VD Casino Deposit Not Credited And More Money Demanded To Activate Account
I recently experienced a serious issue with the VD Casino website during a deposit transaction in the casino section. On the site, the bank transfer deposit limit was shown as between ₺1,000 and ₺100,000. Relying on this information, I transferred ₺3,000 to my account, but despite the successful transfer, the balance was never reflected in my Vdcasino account.
When I contacted live support and explained the situation, they dismissed the fact that my deposit had not been credited by saying that I “caught a system update”. Instead of resolving the problem, they told me that I needed to deposit an additional ₺2,000, and only then my account would be active and I could play.
In other words, not only did they fail to credit the initial ₺3,000 to my account, but they also demanded that I deposit more money. Although they used the “update” excuse, the same bank transfer range is still shown on the site and there has been no visible change, which makes the situation look misleading for users. I have proof such as receipts and screenshots for the transactions I made.
Despite my concerns, I followed their instructions and, as they requested, I made deposits multiple times with different payment methods, reaching a total of ₺20,000 on 10 December 2025. However, none of this ₺20,000 was reflected in my account, and they even asked me to deposit an additional ₺20,000 more.
I request that the ₺20,000 I deposited be immediately credited to my Vdcasino account or fully refunded to me without any deduction, and that a thorough investigation be carried out regarding these misleading and user-unfriendly practices.
