I purchased a Dyson V16 Piston Animal Submarine from the official Dyson online store and received the package on 30 November. Despite the product name and my clear expectation, the Submarine attachment was not included in the box. My order number is 910903024393. After realizing that the Submarine part was missing, I contacted Dyson customer service multiple times, a total of three times by phone and five times by e‑mail. However, the issue has still not been resolved and I have not received the missing Submarine attachment. I request that Dyson promptly send me the Submarine attachment that should have been included with my Dyson V16 Piston Animal Submarine. In addition, there was an extra “stay vertical” unit offered as a gift with this product, and I would also like to receive this promised extra unit.
